Dario is a Swiss attorney-at-law, who studied Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen before obtaining his PhD at the same institution.
He has hold lectures in different higher education institutions and worked in a variety of legal environments including law firms, a court, a “big four company”, and two banks, in both Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Dario joined Lorez Legal as a Counsel after emigrating to Rio de Janeiro, where he also works as a professor at a leading Brazilian law school.
His expertise includes:

Greta Krulyte is an attorney-at-law (NY, USA) with a diverse background in both legal practice and the arts. She co-founded PLATFORM-A, a project dedicated to fostering artistic and cultural exchanges between Baltic and Swiss arts. Furthermore, Greta has experience as a Studio Manager and in-house lawyer for an artist studio.
Previously, she served as Group Legal Counsel a design company, overseeing legal matters for its global operations, including contract drafting, policy implementation, and data protection. Greta has also worked as a Senior Legal Consultant at a big four company in Zurich, specializing in financial market, implementing Swiss and EU regulations.
Her academic credentials include an LL.M. in International Business from Boston University, a Master’s in Law from Mykolas Romeris University, and an Executive Master in Art Market Studies from Zurich University. Greta is fluent in multiple languages, including English, German, Russian, and Polish, with passive knowledge of French. Her cross-disciplinary expertise spans both the legal field and the art world, making her a key contributor in legal consulting and cultural initiatives. Her key interests and expertise include:
